The North Side Flip Side Kings (FSK) are a Filipino-American street crew based in the northern districts of the city. The group is primarily made up of second-generation Filipino youth, though they have historically associated with individuals from other backgrounds who grew up within the same neighborhoods.
FSK operates as a localized street crew rather than a large-scale organization. Their presence is centered around apartment complexes, residential blocks, and public gathering areas throughout the north side. Unlike larger factions, they do not openly claim territory, instead maintaining influence through consistent presence and long-standing relationships.

The origins of the Flip Side Kings date back to the late 2000s, when a group of Filipino teenagers began regularly gathering in the same apartment complexes and parks. Many of them attended the same schools and shared similar upbringings, forming close-knit bonds early on.
At the time, the north side saw a mix of different crews and social groups competing for influence. While FSK was not initially formed as a gang, ongoing disputes and external pressure from surrounding groups led to the circle becoming more organized.
By the early 2010s, the group had developed into a recognized street crew. Though smaller in size, they built a reputation for remaining tight-knit and standing their ground when confronted.
